Playing Duck Hunting Games Online Is a Wonderful, Fun Way to Hunt

from:

Playing duck hunting games online is perfect for hunters that suffer from withdrawal when the duck-hunting season ends. Once they have all their hunting gear put away, it is time to start playing duck hunting games online. The wonderful part about playing duck hunting games online is that there is no license required, no dragging out all your duck hunting gear, no cramped quarters, no enduring lousy weather and food, and no tired, aching muscles. Hunters get to sit, relax, be extremely comfortable and enjoy the thrill of duck hunting without ever leaving their home. Playing duck hunting games online is a wonderful way to pass the time until you dust off your duck hunting equipment, when duck hunting season rolls around again. This is also an exciting, interactive, realistic, fun way for anyone that has never experienced the thrill of real duck hunting to try it. Along with duck hunting games online, there are hundreds of other hunting games available. These include hunting for big game, bears, geese, deer, moose, and other game.

When you play duck hunting games online, it is so realistic that you actually feel like you are there. In many of the duck hunting games online, for both single and multiplayer games, you get to choose different hunting locations such as such as state or even country. The scenery changes for each location, so it sometimes rains, snows, or has great weather. Many give you a choice of duck hunting from a boat, in a duck blind, cornfields, woods, lakes, and other places. They have hunting laws, which you have to follow, or you lose points.

You select your own hunting equipment such as type of gun, camouflage clothing, number of duck decoys, and even your hunting dog. There are often three types of rifles available, which are over/under, automatic, and pump action guns. Each takes a different amount of time to reload and fire. You train your own hunting dog/dogs and teach the dog basic commands along with more advanced commands, so it retrieves the wild ducks for you. Some duck hunting games online allow you to earn points to upgrade your dogs hunting abilities. Before you earn many obedience points, it takes your dog a long time to retrieve the ducks, with your help. More points let you upgrade your dog’s obedience, speed, stamina, and other skills. Hunters also earn points for the type of duck shot, how long it took you and the total number of ducks shot and retrieved. Playing duck hunting games online is a wonderful way to have fun in a virtual hunting world.

Bob Hodge: Even if you ducked, you didn't miss much
Knoxville News Sentinel
By Bob Hodge When the story is written about the 2011-12 duck season it's likely not to be a tale with a happy ending. Like any hunting season, it hasn't been all bad, but the few good days in East Tennessee had an awful lot of bad wrapped around them.
